As part of the launch of the new brand identity and new website, we will create a branded launch video designed to communicate the renewed visual identity, brand positioning, and digital experience.
The video will combine brand elements, website visuals, imagery, motion graphics, copy, music, and transitions into one polished launch asset suitable for use across website, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and corporate communication channels.

Video Creation & Editing
Estimated completion: 1.5-3 weeks
1. Creative Direction & Concept Development Development of the creative direction for the video, aligned with the new brand identity, website design, and overall launch communication goals. This includes: Definition of the main creative concept Alignment with the new brand positioning and messaging Definition of the visual style, tone, rhythm, and storytelling approach Reference to the new visual identity, including colors, typography, imagery, graphic elements, and tone of voice Definition of the overall look and feel of the launch video
2. Storyboard Creation Creation of a storyboard to define the structure, flow, and key scenes of the video before production and editing begin. This includes: Development of the video sequence scene by scene Definition of the key visual moments Proposal for intro, main body, and closing frame Indication of where key messages, website visuals, logo, imagery, and calls to action will appear Structuring the video to ensure a clear and engaging flow within the 25”-30” duration
3. Copywriting & Messaging Development of short, clear, and impactful copy to be used within the video. This includes: Key launch messages On-screen headlines and supporting text CTA copy, such as “Discover the new website”, “Explore our new identity”, “Now live”, or similar Copy aligned with the new brand tone of voice Optimization of messaging for a short-form video format Ensuring that the copy is concise, readable, and effective across different screen sizes and channels
4. Imagery Proposal & Editing Proposal, selection, and editing of imagery and visual assets to be used in the video. This includes: Proposal of stock or brand’s imagery aligned with the new brand identity Use of existing brand assets, website screenshots, mockups, photography, or graphic elements Image editing for consistency in color, contrast, crop, composition and overall style Preparation of visual frames for video use Integration of website visuals in a polished and launch-oriented way Ensuring visual consistency across all scenes
5. Video Editing in After Effects Creation and editing of the final video in After Effects, with a focus on branded motion, clean transitions, dynamic pacing and premium execution. This includes: Creation of the master video Motion design based on the new brand identity Editing of sequence, rhythm, timing, and pacing Typography animation Integration of logo, brand elements, website visuals, imagery, and copy Creation of opening and closing frames Basic color correction and visual consistency adjustments Final video export in the agreed format and resolution
6. Transitions Creation Design and creation of transitions that support the new visual identity and enhance the overall flow of the video. This includes: Custom transitions between key scenes Typography-based transitions Website reveal transitions Image and graphic transitions Motion effects inspired by the new brand identity Smooth visual flow between messaging, brand elements, imagery and website visuals
7. Music Proposal & Editing Proposal and editing of music to support the tone, rhythm, and emotional direction of the launch video. This includes: Proposal of music style based on the brand personality and launch objectives Selection of indicative music tracks or music directions Editing of the selected track according to the video duration and pacing Synchronization of music with transitions, copy reveals, and key visual moments Basic audio fade in / fade out Clean audio ending for final export Music licensing fees are not included, unless agreed separately. Any paid music track or stock audio license will be charged additionally, depending on the selected platform and track.
8. Master Launch Video Production of one main launch video to announce the new brand identity and the new website. Deliverable: x1 Master Launch Video Duration: 25”-30” Format: Full HD or 4K, depending on final usage requirements Export format: .mp4
9. Review Rounds & Revisions The scope includes review rounds to refine and finalize the video. This includes: First presentation Up to 1-2 rounds of revisions Adjustments to copy, timing, transitions, imagery, pacing, or layout Final export after approval Delivery of final files in the agreed formats Major changes to the approved concept, storyboard, or creative direction may be treated as additional work.
Exclusions / Clarifications The following are not included, unless agreed separately: Video shooting / filming Voice-over recording Professional sound design beyond basic music editing 3D animation Advanced character animation Purchase of stock video, stock imagery, or stock music is included Additional video concepts Additional videos beyond the one master launch video Major concept changes after storyboard approval Extensive revisions beyond the agreed review rounds

VAT is not included Start date is arranged by both parties after pre-payment If project progress is delayed due to reasons attributable to the brand (e.g., pending inputs, approvals, or access), VALUE reserves the right to invoice the agreed fees as normal for the affected period.
