Project Overview

This proposal concerns the production of a cinematic promotional/demo video of approximately 1 minute for Aperion’s “Aristos” robotic cleaning system for photovoltaic installations.

The objective of the production is to create a modern, high-aesthetic video that presents the system in a real operating environment, using a cinematic approach and dynamic visual storytelling.

The final video will be suitable for:

→ Website use → Exhibitions and events → Investor and partner presentations → Social media adaptation

The production will take place in Aspropyrgos, Greece.

Scope of Work Includes

→ Creative approach and production planning → Cinematic shots of the robot in operation → Before / during / after drone coverage → Environmental shots and operation workflow coverage → Editing of the final film up to 1 minute → Color correction and cinematic color grading → Sound design and music supervision → One round of revisions Production Duration

Delivery Timeline

→ Delivery of the final material within 15 working days from completion of the shooting day

What upgrades? Compared to Option A, this approach upgrades the final deliverable from a clean cinematic demo video to a more premium commercial-style film. The use of a RED cinema camera, cinema lenses, professional lighting, and additional crew support allows for stronger image quality, more controlled visuals, and a more polished high-end aesthetic. The extra drone production day provides more flexibility and enables more dynamic aerial shots of the photovoltaic installation and the robot in operation. For the client, this means the final video will feel more refined, more impressive, and even more suitable for investor presentations, exhibitions, and brand-level communication.
